Paricipants are REQUIRED to schedule all work-exchange in advance, this is not a registration form. Work-exchange assigned during a retreat allows a 50% reduction in fees and does not require work-log. Please only submit this document upon registration for work-exchange done both before and after retreats for $10/hr.
